The Battle Mountain High School girls and boys soccer teams made the long trip to Lake Tahoe this past weekend.
The Lady Longhorns took on Incline on Friday and lost 8-0 and were shut out once again on Saturday in a 9-0 defeat to North Tahoe.
Battle Mountain’s boys lost 6-0 to Incline and were also knocked off by North Tahoe.
The Longhorns are back on the road for two matches this weekend. The first is Friday at Whittell, with the girls starting at 3 p.m. and the boys 5 p.m. The trip concludes in Yerington on Saturday with games at 11 a.m. (girls) and 1 p.m. (boys).
