The Winnemucca Junior High School girls basketball teams were at home for the first time this past Saturday. The Warriors played host to Carson. The seventh-grade ‘A’ team won 24-14 and the ‘B’ squad lost 15-7. The eighth-grade ‘A’ lost 33-21 and the ‘B’ team was defeated 30-19. Winnemucca hosts Fallon today at 3:30 p.m.
