With a capacity crowd on hand, Battle Mountain High School cristened the new Silver Standard, Marigold Mine Athletic Complex at Tim Knight Field on Friday, Aug. 28. A ribbon-cutting ceremony was held that featured all the parties responsible for the complex. In addition the Knight family was on hand as the field was named for the late Tim Knight, who was a fixture at Battle Mountain High School for a number of years as a coach and teacher.
