Letter to the editor: Pulling the heart strings

Wow, that man from Tipperary, Ireland, knows how to pull the heart strings of an old guy that once lived in Lovelock Town. Reading his recent column, “A Special Town,” made me want to load up the buggy and head West, to Lovelock, capital city of Pershing County, Nevada, U.S.A. Which is what I’m gonna do in a few weeks. Dan, I will see you in your new hometown, if my buggy does not sprag a wheel. In meantime, please keep writing about the town I love, and foster such good memories. And thanks for sharing your writing talents with the Miner readers. You are appreciated.
