One letter per person, per month. Letters to the Editor should be limited to 300 words, Guest Commentaries to 750 words. We will ask you to edit if word count is exceeded.
Anonymous submissions will not be printed. Submissions are published as space allows. E-mail is preferred: send to editorial@winnemuccapublishing.net. Please include your phone number (not for publication) to verify your identity. Namecalling, libelous/slanderous statements are not allowed. Consumer complaints or praise or thank-you letters to sponsors and businesses are generally not allowed. However, the general manager and the managing editor will be the final arbiters on those decisions. Sponsor thank you letters require the purchase of advertisement.
Writers are limited to one piece on a given topic. You have your say, someone may respond and that is the end.
Winnemucca Publishing reserves the right to refuse or edit material submitted for publication.
