The Lemaire Junior High School A volleyball team finished off their fall season with a tournament in Round Mountain on Saturday. Seven other teams participated in the final tournament including Tonopah, Armagosa Valley, Eureka, Lund, White Pine, Beatty and Round Mountain. In the double-elimination tournament, Battle Mountain lost its first round to Tonopah, came back to beat Armagosa in round two, and then was eliminated in round three in another close match to Tonopah. The girls were coached this season by Hannah Hale.
