I read your article about Maverik putting a service station on the T.G. Sheppard property. I want to comment on this.
That traffic light at Hanson and Grass Valley has congestion during the rush hour now on working days. I feel we do not need a service station at that intersection. This would create a lot more traffic congestion. With the size of the necessary service station, they should probably set up a station for I-80 truck traffic. This would create traffic problems on other streets. I think Maverik should buy another property off of I-80 for another station.
Also, regarding the four-way stop signs on Bridge and Haskell Streets, I feel this should have been done years ago. I cannot believe it took so long to get it done. However, it is working fine now.
