• Public hearing on a conditional use permit application for the construction of a metal building to be known as Paradise Valley Sports Center on 110 West Bridge Street in Paradise Valley, NV. The purpose of the building is as a gymnasium for Paradise Valley School children and the community. The proposal has the attention of Paradise Valley residents, who have written a total of 35 letters to the Planning Commission, two in favor and 33 against.
