Colleen Payne Viens, 58, of West Point Virginia passed away October 8, 2015. She was preceded in death by her parents George and Raymona Payne and brother Michael Payne. Colleen is survived by her husband Phil Viens; sons Joe (Kim), Matt Viens; sisters Linda Frazier of South Carolinam, Karen (Tom) King; nephew Henry King of Elko.
