Pershing County Sheriff's Report

The following are the reports for May 11 — 23:

May 11

Kaliah Mi Oszman pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while drivers license is canceled/suspended or revoked and was fined $100 + $95AA. Counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to yield right of way to approaching vehicle were dismissed.



May 12

Richard Decker pleaded guilty to the amended charge of 1 — 10 over limit 80/75 and was fined $50 + $50AA.



Vincente Hiram Guzman was found not guilty of battery.



Ana Isabel Gonzalez was found guilty of unlawful text/send/read data without a hands free device on cell phone while driving and driving while license canceled/suspended/revoked and was fined $50 + $65AA for count one and $250 + $105AA for count two.



Alexander Julian Ruiz pleaded guilty to the amended charge of 21+ over limit and was fined $750 + $140AA.



May 13

The case of obstructing a public officer, operating a vehicle without a driver’s license and operating a motor vehicle without having evidence of current insurance located therein against William Allen Ray was dismissed with out prejudice in open court after a motion from the county.

May 14

Little Star Abel pleaded guilty to the count of battery and was sentenced to eight days jail with credit given for time served. The court granted a motion from the county to dismiss count two of disorderly conduct and count three of public intoxication in open court.



May 18

Menno Derijk pleaded guilty to improper passing and was fined $50 + $65AA with $115 suspended for three months on the condition of no further like traffic violations.



Brianna Nicole Eubanks pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana and was fined $600 + $140AA.



May 19

Lisa Janiece Ross pleaded guilty to petty larceny and was fined $1,000 + $140AA with $500 stayed on the conditions the defendant pay $24 restitution and have no further like violations for period of six months.



Jimy Adonay Alvarenga pleaded guilty to the amended charge of driving without a valid license and was fined $100 + $95AA.



Ramon Rivera pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle while driver’s license is canceled, suspended or revoked and was fined $250 + $105AA; fees and fines were converted to four days jail and defendant was given credit for time served.

May 19

Michelle Gutierrez, 31, of Schurz, was booked for failure to appear after admission.



May 20

Douglas Charles Anderson, 23, of Lovelock, was booked for probation violation.



Arturo Manuel Valdez, 24, of Winnemucca, was booked for failure to appear after admission.



Mary Colleen Ortega, 40, of Lovelock, was booked for theft and forgery.



May 23

Maryann Christine Trammell, 26, of Los Banos, Calif., was booked for unlawful possession — not for sale, unlawful use/possession of paraphernalia, unlawful possession — not for sale, possess dangerous drug without prescription.



Christy Leanne Rolen, 39, of Crescent City, Calif., was booked for failure to appear after admission.
