The Nevada High School Finals Rodeo recently concluded in Ely and Humboldt County will be sending four of its athletes to the National High School Finals Rodeo in Rock Springs, Wyo., next month. Shaun Mentaberry and Seth Duncan earned second-place finishes in the saddle bronc and bareback, respectively. Quint Bell was third in steer wrestling and Luke Logan qualified in two events, finishing third in saddle bronc and fourth in tie-down roping.
