Gail Piquet shot a low gross score of 88 to lead the way in the first flight of the Winnemucca Ladies Golf Club gross/net tournament Tuesday at Winnemucca Municipal Golf Course.
Linda Dufurrena was low net in the first flight at 68 and Lynda Walton placed second at 70.
Lori Mitch was low gross in the second flight with a 111. Karen Aldrich was low net at 72 and Jean Mentaberry was second with an 75.
Mary Lou Curti, Mitch and Piquet had chip-ins. Piquet was closest to the hole on No. 2 at 31 feet, 9 inches, and Dufurrena was closest on No. 5 at 8-6.
