Mutton busting champ

Paedyn Kash Hinkey, enrolled in the Fort McDermitt Tribe of McDermit won the button busting contest last Saturday at the Reno Rodeo. Hinkey, a 6-year old cowboy rode the sheep named “Rocketman” the night of the finals the furthest and took first place. He won his first cowboy buckle stating mutton busting champion, along with a new cowboy hat and a new pair of Justin Books on behalf of the Reno Rodeo. “When I grow up I want to be a sheep rider,” Hinkey said.
