Timothy and Teresa Ackers are proud to announce the birth of their son, Oliver, born July 25, 2015, at 3:40 a.m., at Humboldt General Hospital. He weighed 8 pounds and 8 oz. He joins one sister and two brothers at home. Maternal grandparents are Jim and Heather Shearer, of Winnemucca, and Kat and Milian Pejic, of Elko. Paternal grandparents are Ray and Edna Russell, of Idaho.

Bryson John and Makaylin West are proud to announce the birth of their daughter, Zylie, born July 29, 2015, at 8 a.m., at Humboldt General Hospital. She weighed 5 pounds and 11 oz. Maternal grandparents are Melissa Edgar and Shawn West, of Battle Mountain. Paternal grandparents are Vonnie Curtis, of McDermitt, and Laren “Chair” Kelly, of Battle Mountain.
