Chompoo Landt shot a low gross score of 42 to win the first flight of the Winnemucca Ladies Golf Club nine-hole eclectic tournament on Tuesday, July 28, at Winnemucca Municipal Golf Course.
Candace Puls was low net in the first flight with a 29 and Teri Kracaw and Ellen Aker tied for second at 31.
Kris Crawford was low net in the second flight at 49 and Della Domingo (30.5) was low gross. Lori Mitch (32) finished second.
Carole Doughty had the fewest putts with 27 and Doughty also had two chip-ins. Mitch was closest to the hole on No. 2 at 19 feet, 3 inches, Puls was closest on No. 5 at 12-3.
Lynda Walton carded a low gross score of 33 to win the odd-hole tournament, held this past Tuesday. Lori Warnert and Puls tied for second in the first flight at 36.
Mitch (33) was first in the second flight and Lisa Weber (34) and Domingo (34.5) were second and third, respectively.
Linda Dufurrena had the fewest putts with 28 and Kay Billingsley, Walton and Mitch had chip-ins. Nina Smith was closest on No. 2 at 1-8.5 and Cassie Morgan was closest on No. 5 at 12-5.
