Phyllis Marilyn (Jones) Heinrich was born May 8, 1936 to Grant and Ann Jones in Rapid City, South Dakota. She was raised on the family ranch in Caputa, South Dakota and her life subsequently brought many loves and experiences in South Dakota, California, Nebraska, Washington and Nevada.
During her time in Lovelock, Nevada, Phyllis worked for Nevada Nile Ranch and Pershing County in the Recorder and Assessor Offices. She also graduated from Pershing County High School.
Phyllis left this world on April 2, 2015 in Patterson, California.
She was preceded in death by her parents, brother Edward and husband Loren.
She is survived by children Carol (Maury) Nelsen, David (Gala) Fecht, Katie (Bob) Burt, and Laura (Dennis) Orr; grandchildren Leslie, Russell (Jennifer), Steven (Alison), Shari (Zac), Philip (Lin), Lindsay (Nick), and Aaron; great-grandchildren Claire, Timothy, Conner, Autumn, Reagan and Kameron. Also sister-in-law Glenda, niece Beverly, nephew Steve and cousins John (Marci) and Darrell (Valerie).
The family sends heartfelt thanks to all the friends who touched her life.
Graveside services will be held at Big Meadow Cemetery on Saturday, April 11, 2015 at 10:00 am.
