Get Moving With Western and Line Dancing
Bring your dancing shoes to the two dance classes offered this spring. Country Western Dance will meet Wednesdays, 6:15-7:45 p.m., beginning Jan. 30. Couples and singles are welcome. Line Dancing meets on Mondays and Wednesdays beginning Jan. 28, 5:15-6:15 p.m. Learn to dance and get some exercise at the same time.
Be Wilderness Prepared With First Aid Basics
Meets March 16-17, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. This weekend course meets the requirements of the Civil Air Patrol, American Camping Association, Boy Scouts of America, Whitewater Guides, National Parks Service, Mountain Rescue, Backcountry Guides, National Ski Patrol and many search and rescue organizations.
Keep Information Secure for Businesses or Organizations
Learn to analyze the information security needs of organizations and businesses in the Information Protection Manager Level 1 course. Two weeklong sessions are being offered: March 4-8 and March 18-22, 9 a.m.- 5 p.m.
Learn How to Save a Life
The American Red Cross CPR course meets the requirements for security guards, non-medical professionals and citizen responders. Two sessions are offered: Tuesday, Feb. 19, or Tuesday, May 14, 5:30-9:30 p.m.
Be a Safe and Skilled Babysitter
Help your child become a better babysitter. Babysitting Certification meets on Saturdays, Jan. 26, or April 20, 9 a.m.-3:30 p.m. This course for those age 11 and older teaches professional and responsible babysitting skills.
