Survived by mom, Millie Gamber of Winnemucca, dad Doyle Hitt of Buhl, Idaho, sister Nancy Carter of Winnemucca, brothers Paul Carter of Winnemucca, Allen Hitt of Wells, sons Rhett Carter, Cole Carter and daughter Shay Kent and three grandchildren.
