• Patricia Setzer of the Winnemucca Host Lions Club will present a request for an east hall facility grant for the Lions Health and Safety Fair planned for March 14, 2015.
• Bonnie Cassinelli is requesting funding for 777 Barrel Racing.
• There is a request for payment of Winnemucca Events Center fees for the Cody Louk Invitational Wrestling meet planned for Dec. 12 & 13, 2013, the zone wrestling duals Jan. 30 & 31, 2014 and for the NIAA state wrestling tournament Feb. 13 & 14, 2014.
• Marc Page has a request for funding WRRA ranch Rodeo Finals Oct.20 - Nov. 2, 2014.
• The board will consider several 9-month refund requests.
• Financial and event reports include the Tri-County Fair Concert, Run-A-Mucca, and Fifties Fever.
• WCVA board members will get an update on possible East hall parking structure repairs.
