Dustin and Sara Filippe are proud to announce the birth of their daughter, Vivienne, born Sept. 24, 2013, at 8 a.m., at Humboldt General Hospital. She weighed 8 pounds, 3 ounces. She joins one brother at home. Maternal grandparents are Mitch and Sharon Hartman of Winnemucca, Nev., and Frank and Cathy Carlson of Lake Havasu, Ariz. Paternal grandparent is Sheila Filippe of Winnemucca, Nev.
