Trever and Cynthia Stevenson of Elko are proud to announce the birth of their daughter, Victoria, born Oct. 23, 2012, at 1:39 p.m., at Humboldt General Hospital. She weighed 6 pounds, 15 ounces. She joins her sister, and brother at home. Maternal grandparents are Ralph and Debbie Smith of Winnemucca.
