WINNEMUCCA - Tryouts for the Lowry High School volleyball team will take place on Monday, Aug. 19, and Tuesday, Aug. 20. Freshmen and sophomores will tryout from 7 a.m. - 8:30 a.m. and juniors and seniors will go from 9 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. All grades will be back at the school from 6 p.m. - 8 p.m. The first official practice will be Wednesday, Aug. 21.
All freshmen and junior must have a new physical exam. All sophomores and seniors must have a physical exam on file at Lowry High School.
All required paperwork must be submitted in order to be allowed to try out. That includes a physical exam form, NIAA concussion prevention form, NIAA alcohol/tobacco/drug policy form and parental permission form.
Paperwork can be picked up at Lowry High School.
The Lady Bucks are interested in fielding a freshmen team this season. All and any freshmen interested in volleyball are encouraged to tryout on August 19 and 20.
