WINNEMUCCA - Tomas Cervantes was sentenced to prison time on charges of ex-felon in possession of firearm and conspiracy to commit battery by a prisoner.
Cervantes appeared before Judge Richard Wagner on Oct. 3 in Sixth Judicial District Court. Cervantes had previously entered a plea agreement of no contest on the possession of firearm charge and guilty to the conspiracy to commit battery charge.
Wagner sentenced Cervantes to 12 to 72 months prison for count one and 12 months in the Humboldt County Detention Center for count two to run concurrent to count one. Wagner further ordered that Cervantes serve these terms concurrent to his sentence in a Lyon County case.[[In-content Ad]]
