Frank and Nicole Chapai of Imlay are proud to announce the birth of their son, Toby, born Nov. 16, 2012, at 11:30 a.m. at Humboldt General Hospital. He weighed 8 pounds, 6 ounces. He joins his brother and sister at home. Maternal grandparents are Steve and Teresa Montes of Imlay, Nevada.
