Police arrested three people in connection with an armed robbery of a cellular store on Monday afternoon. At about 3:30 p.m. on Monday, the WPD were dispatched to Blue Mountain Wireless on West Winnemucca Boulevard. No shots were fired and no one was injured during the robbery.
According to the affidavit of probable cause, a man wearing a mask and a black sweatshirt entered the store, brandished a firearm and demanded money. He took money and a cash register and fled on foot down an alley.
Local law enforcement, including the Winnemucca Police Department and the Humboldt County Sheriff, canvassed the town and county for suspects and their vehicle.
The suspect vehicle was observed by Humboldt County Sheriff's deputies on Grass Valley Road in the county and three people were detained without incident. The firearm used in the robbery was located later and the vehicle was impounded.
Justin Robert Fox, 33, was arrested for robbery with a deadly weapon and is being held on $50,000 bail. He was also arrested for a warrant out of Idaho and is being held on a no bail hold. Nathaniel Belingheri, 27, was arrested for accessory to commit robbery with a deadly weapon, and is being held on $50,000.
Lacey Christine Marie Luman, 28, was arrested on a drug court violation but is not being charged in connection to the armed robbery.
On Tuesday, suspect Timothy John Lamkey, 25, was arrested for accessory to commit robbery with a deadly weapon, with bail at $50,000.
