Mr. and Mrs. Malloy Foster are pleased to announce the marriage of their son James Foster to Elizabeth Tan on Nov. 29, 2013. The couple resides in San Diego, Calif., where James is a Lance Corporal in the Marine Corps stationed at Camp Pendelton and Liz is a YN3 in the Navy stationed on the U.S.S.
