McDermitt 11th graders Andrew Uphoff, Jared Gibson and Brendan Wilson stand next to their unique artwork, "Origins of Khaos." The piece was created to go on stage when the band "Kreating Khaos" is playing. The artwork now on display at the Humboldt Museum in Winnemucca represents the wide-ranging creativity of students in the school district. The art show opened last week to fanfare, attracting parents, school district officials, teachers and others. The student artwork will be on display through March during normal museum hours.
