There were 13 names on the Battle Mountain Bugle's Angel Tree this year that were each split into two wish lists to provide gifts to residents at the Battle Mountain General Hospital and Longterm Care Facility. All of the names and wish lists were taken off of the tree which was set up at Mills Pharmacy, said Teri Spring, Battle Mountain Bugle office assistant. Spring and Bugle ad representative Kayla Love-Koseck dropped all the gifts off on Dec. 21 to be opened on Christmas Day.

Shown above with the gifts are Richard Skinner and Jackie Edgar. Spring said the project was a success and the seniors were delighted to see all of the packages. Spring said she wanted to thank the community for its support.
