Sheriff's Report
The Lander County Sheriff's Office reports the following arrests for the period of Feb. 26 - 28, 2014.
Feb. 26
Jack Hendricks, of Battle Mountain, was arrested for DUI, above legal limit, (1st).
Joseph Edward Shields of Battle Mountain, was arrested for battery/domestic violence, false imprisonment (G) temporary hold.
Feb. 27
Derrick James, Beristain of Battle Mountain, was arrested for possession marijuana (M) possession of drug paraphernalia.
Feb. 28
Timothy Raymond Riley, of Pajora, Calif., was arrested for possession of marijuana/ one ounce or less, other jurisdiction warrant.
