WINNEMUCCA - The Humboldt County School Board of Trustees will be holding its next meeting on Oct. 23 at 4:30 p.m. in the district office meeting room.
Items on the agenda include approval of a trip request for Lowry High School's Key Club to Six Flags Discovery Kingdom in Vallejo, Calif.; McDermitt Combined, Kings River Elementary and Orovada Elementary presentation by principal Janet Kennedy; Lowry High School presentation by principal Debbie Watts.
Other items include approval of LHS bell schedule as required by Nevada Department of Education; approval of class size reduction plan by Kelly Novi and Dr. Dave Jensen; approval of the parent involvement policy and discussion of the Common Core review.
