WINNEMUCCA - The Humboldt County School Board will meet Tuesday, Jan. 14 at 4:30 p.m. in the district office boardroom, 310 E. Fourth St.
Trustees will discuss and possibly take action on:
• Reorganization of the board and administration of oaths of office
• An update on Winnemucca Junior High School
• Approval of the AB1 sub-grant application
• A review of board ethics
• A review of Humboldt County School District vision and mission statements
• A request to increase board legal counsel compensation
• Establishing a process for filing a complaint - board policy, first reading
• A review and update of superintendent goals
• Establishing a date for board retreat - proposed dates are Feb. 11 and Feb. 25
