WINNEMUCCA - The Humboldt County School Board is sticking with the status quo, but county commissioners are shaking things up a bit.
School board trustees voted 5-0 on Tuesday to keep the current leadership and committee assignments in place for 2012, while county commissioners voted unanimously last week to appoint Mike Bell as chair and Jim French as vice-chair.
Under the school board's action, Shelly Noble will continue on as chair, while John Seeliger will remain in place as vice-chair; Ann Miller will also serve another year as the board's clerk.
Trustee Andrew Hillyer was not present for the school board's vote, and John Hill was absent from the meeting.
