Sand Dune Diggers jumps to top spot in pool league standings

WINNEMUCCA - Sand Dune Diggers used a 16-1 victory over The Distributors to take over the top spot in the Winnemucca Pool League standings. Sand Dune Diggers are 9-2 on the year with 125 out of a possible 187 points.

Rack Pack (9-2) dropped a spot to second despite a 14-3 win over Hole in the Wall in week 11 action. Rack Pack has 124 points.

Cheers Hustlers (8-3) are third with 112 points, Club 40 (8-3) is fourth with 109 points and Outlaws (7-4) rounds out the top five with 101 points.

The Distributors (6-5) are sixth with 90 points, Bar M (3-8) is seventh with 87 points and Playahz (3-8) moved up a position to eighth with 81 points and Sand Dune Lizards (4-7) and Hole in the Wall (3-8) are ninth and 10th. The Breakers and Hole n One finish out the standings.

In other week 11 action, Bar M beat Hole n One 12-5, Cheers Hustlers defeated Sand Dune Lizards 12-5, Outlaws beat The Breakers 10-7, and Club 40 beat Playahz 9-8.

Chad Rosenberg leads the individual standings with a 10 average and four wins. Gary Stoker (9.63) is second with 10 wins and Robert Shell (9.18) is third with 22 wins. Larry Henman (9.18) is fourth with 21 wins and Jim Reed (9.10) is fifth.

Ted Garcia (8.97) leads the Top Gun Standings with 23 wins, while Raoul Yott (8.95) is second and Guillermo Garcia (8.77) is third.
