Sand Dune Diggers atop pool league standings

Sand Dune Diggers maintained the top spot in the Winnemucca Pool League standings with a 16-1 win over Winginit in week five action. Sand Dune Diggers has a 4-1 record and 60 out of a possible 85 points.

Browns Bar M (5-0) remained in second place with 55 points, after a 12-5 victory over 8 Ball Ninjaz. The Outcasts (4-1) moved up a spots to third place with a 10-7 victory over Rack Pack, and has 51 out of a possible 85 points.

Rack Pack (3-2) dropped one place to fourth with 49 points, Club 40 (3-2) is fifth with 47 points and Sand Dune Lizards (3-2) are sixth with 46 points.

Outsiders (3-2) and 8 Ball Ninjaz are tied for seventh with 45, Breakers (2-3) are ninth with 42 points and Outlaws (2-3) round out the top 10.

Hole in the Wall, B.C. Buddies, Winginit and Players 2 complete the standings.

In other week five action, Club 40 beat Hole in the Wall 13-4, Outlaws defeated B.C. Buddies 12-5, Sand Dune Lizards knocked off Players 2 14-3 and Outsiders beat Breakers 9-8.

Todd Murrah, Donna Lippencott and Jeff Byer lead the individual standings with a 10 average and four wins. Gabe Garcia is fourth with a 9.63 average and seven wins and Eric Weeks (9.25) is fifth.

Weeks leads the Top Gun Standings with 17 wins, while Darrel Field (8.95) is second and Bill Septer (8.81) is third. Ryan Murrah (8.850 and Cleve Mallory (8.70) are fourth and fifth, respectively. To be eligible for the Top Gun Standings, a player must have played at least 13 games.[[In-content Ad]]
