As quietly as she lived, our dear Mother and Grandmother Sally J. Quilici left this life in the early hours of Nov. 14, 2013.
She was born on Aug. 24, 1920, to Joe and Benita Chabagno and attended Humboldt County Schools, graduating from Humboldt County High, where she met Joe Quilici, to whom she was married from 1948 until his death in 2006.
Sally's life was centered around home and family (especially her beloved grandchildren), reading and her Basque heritage.
She is survived by son Alan of Winnemuccca, daughter Linda West of Elko, grandchildren Tommy (Megan) West and Sally West of Boise, Idaho, and Crizchin Gordon of Elko.
There is to be a private interment in the Winnemucca Cemetery.
