WINNEMUCCA - The Humboldt County Regional Planning Commission will hold its regularly scheduled meeting on Thursday beginning at 5:30 p.m. in the courthouse meeting room.
The meeting begins with the call to order, Pledge of Allegiance, roll call, public commentary, the review and possible correction and approval of the Jan. 12 meeting minutes and requests for postponement of agenda items.
There are 11 public hearing items scheduled for discussion and possible action.
PW-12-01 is a parcel map application submitted by Raymond & Lisa Young to divide property located between Kluncy Canyon Road and Hardgrave Lane into four lots; assessor's parcel #16-331-32.
PW-12-02 is a sequential parcel map application submitted by Raymond & Lisa Young to divide property located between Kluncy Canyon Road and Hardgrave Lane into four lots in conjunction with PW-12-01; assessor's parcel #16-331-32.
PW-12-03 is a sequential parcel map application submitted by Raymond & Lisa Young to divide property located between Kluncy Canyon Road and Hardgrave Lane into four lots in conjunction with PW-12-01; assessor's parcel #16-331-32.

UH-12-01 is a conditional use permit application submitted by Paul Willschau to allow for the placement of two explosive storage magazines. Subject property is zoned M-3 and is located at 10685 Buffalo Road; assessor's parcel #005-591-72.
The commission will also hear from Bob Davidson to discuss and request a permit to place a third single wide mobile home on property located at 6010 Rose Creek Road; assessor's parcel #13-074-04.
The board will also get an update on the Golconda master plan review, a Humboldt County Commission retreat report and an update status of TH-11-04 and TH-11-08. In addition, the board will set tentative dates for master plan review meetings for the Rose Creek/Grass Valley area; U.S. 95 (from the Six Mile Road)/Sage Hills area); the Jungo Road area and the City of Winnemucca.
The board will also review the 2012-13 fiscal year budget. In addition, Steve West will extend an invitation for a combined city council/Airport Board/HDA meeting on Feb. 15.
