Rack Pack holds slim lead in pool league standings

WINNEMUCCA - The top two teams in the Winnemucca Pool League faced off in week 10 with no change at the top. Sand Dune Diggers defeated Rack Pack 9-8, but Rack Pack (8-2) still held on to first place with 110 out of a possible 170 points.

Sand Dune Diggers (8-2) closed to within a point of Rack Pack and has 109 points.

Club 40 (7-3) and Cheers Hustlers (7-3) are tied for third with 100 points apiece, while Outlaws (6-4) are fifth place with 91 points. The Distributors (6-4) are sixth with 89 points, Bar M (2-8) moved up a spot to seventh with 75 points and Hole in the Wall (3-7) dropped a position to eighth with 74 points. Sand Dune Lizards (4-6) and Palyahz (3-7) are ninth and 10th. The Breakers and Hole n One finish out the standings.

In other week 10 action, Club 40 beat Bar M 10-7, The Distributors defeated Playahz 11-6, Outlaws beat Hole in the Wall 12-5, Sand Dune Lizards beat The Breakers 13-4 and Cheers Hustlers knocked off Hole n One 11-6.

Chad Rosenberg leads the individual standings with a 10 average and four wins. Garry Stoker (9.63) is second with seven wins and Larry Henman (9.29) is third with 19 wins. Robert Shell (9.25) is fourth with 19 wins and Jime Reed (9.06) is fifth.

Ted Garcia (8.97) leads the Top Gun Standings with 23 wins, while Raoul Yott (8.85) is second and Mike Anthony (8.75) is third. Dave Arnet (8.73) and Guillermo Garcia (8.65) are fourth and fifth, respectively. To be eligible for the Top Gun Standings, a player must have played at least 27 games.[[In-content Ad]]
