The Lowry High School volleyball team along with the rest of the fall sports squads got their season underway at the beginning of the week in preparation for the upcoming season. The Lady Bucks will look to improve on their fourth-place finish in the Division I-A North. The roster includes just two seniors, six juniors and four sophomores. Lowry begins its season on Friday, Aug. 29 and Saturday, Aug. 30 at the North Tahoe Invitational. The Lady Bucks are scheduled to play Smith Valley, Sierra Lutheran and Hug in pool play.
