I saw a previous letter to you that stated that there was a poor turnout to a local event because nobody knew about it. I have taken it upon myself to try to help rectify that situation. I have created a Facebook page where anybody in Lovelock or the surrounding area can post their event, regardless of what the event is or who it's for.
I am the pastor of Bethel Baptist Church but the posts that can be made to this site are open to anybody, not just church functions. Anybody that is interested in posting their event can go to: www.facebook.com/LovelockHappenings or they can just do a search from their home page for "Lovelock Happenings" and it will take them right to the events listing page.
This page is to help keep Lovelock informed as to what is going on in our community. Enjoy!
