WINNEMUCCA - The Humboldt County Regional Planning Commission will hold its regularly scheduled meeting on Thursday beginning at 5:30 p.m. in the courthouse meeting room.
Public commentary follows the call to order, Pledge of Allegiance and roll call. That will be followed by the review, correction and possible approval of minutes from the Sept. 8 meeting and requests for postponement of agenda items.
Consent agenda items include PH-10-21, an extension request from Terry R. Crawforth for a parcel map application administratively approved Nov. 2, 2010, to divide property into four parcels. Subject
property is located along the south boundary of Thacker Pass Road; assessor's
parcel #03-301-01.
There are three public hearings scheduled. RH-11-02 is a rezone application submitted by Robert & Tammie Quilici to change the zoning from RR-13 MH (Rural Ranchette-13,000 sf. minimum lot size, with a Mobile Home Overlay) to the R-3 (Multiple-Family Residential District) on property located at 4205 & 4205½ Center St.; assessor's parcel #'s 010-361-20 & 010-361-29.
RW-11-03 is a rezone application submitted by John Krmpotic , KLS Planning & Design, as the agent for Mike and Kimberly Snow to change the zoning from R-1-12 (Single Family Residential 12,000 sf minimum lot size) to R-1-9 (Single Family Residential 9,000 sf minimum lot size) on property located at the southeast corner of Offenhauser Drive and Great Basin Avenue intersection; assessor's parcel #016-591-01.
SN-11-08 is an access route naming request submitted by Linda Ames to extend the named portion of Sierra Pass Road into T37N R36E Section 32 and to name the intersecting road within T37N R36E Section 32 Riata Road.
Also scheduled is a report on master plan review meetings held in Orovada and Paradise Valley, a master plan review meeting for the Paradise Hills area Oct. 20 at 6 p.m. and a change of the tentative date (Nov. 3) for the Golconda master plan review meeting. They will possibly change the date to Tuesday, Nov. 1.
The board will also get an update from the District Attorney's office regarding the Stitser rezone and AH overlay. In addition, commissioners will review and set for public hearing County Ordinance fixes: TH-11-01 through TH-11-17.
