Editor:
I read the sad letter from Kathi Turner about the little dog that was killed on Water Canyon Road. This was the third "killing" of pets that I know of. There are probably more in the same area. My dog and I were almost hit here one time by one of these "would be" Indy 500 participants. This town's officials don't seem to care about us and the laws of the road. They may be waiting for the pets owners to get killed before they come up with a solution to this terrible problem. Someone must care.
