Pershing County High School Homecoming Week activities start Thursday, Sept. 26, and continue next week

LOVELOCK - Pershing County High School will kick off Homecoming Week with a movie night on Thursday, Sept. 26. "Iron Man 3" will play at the PCHS auditorium at 7:30 p.m.

The following week's Homecoming schedule includes:

•Monday, Sept. 30 - Dress-Up Day: Pajama Day.

•Tuesday, Oct. 1 - Dress-Up Day: Superhero/Villain Day.

•Wednesday, Oct. 2 - Dress-Up Day: Wonder Twin/Multiple Day; Battle of the Bands/Mr. Mustang competitions during 3rd & 4th period; volleyball at 4 p.m. and 5 p.m. vs. Dayton.

•Thursday Oct. 3 - Dress-Up Day: Extreme Black/Pink Day; Float building: All Day (lunch will not be provided this year); Nighttime assembly and bonfire at 7:30 p.m. at the PCHS football field.

•Friday Oct. 4 - Dress-Up Day: Extreme Red & Black Day; family assembly at 11:30 a.m. in the PCHS new gym; parade begins at 12:30 p.m., leaving from back of PCHS, traditional route; JV football at 4:30 p.m. vs. Battle Mountain; varsity football at 7 p.m. vs. West Wendover; King and Queen crowning at halftime.

•Saturday Oct. 5 - Soccer: 11a.m. vs. Battle Mountain; Volleyball: 12 and 1 p.m. vs. Battle Mountain; Homecoming dance: 8:30-11:30 p.m. in the PCHS Old Gym.[[In-content Ad]]
