Happy Hank Williams, Jr. 22, of Lovelock was booked on the charge of driving under the influence first offense, duty to stop at an accident, evade a police officer, resist/obstruct public officer and injury to other's property.
Jessica Ann Fulkerson, 22, of Grass Valley was booked on the charges of evading a police officer, driving with suspended license, possession of a dangerous drug without a prescription, unlawful use of a controlled substance, escape, basic speed, unlawful taking of a controlled substance and driving under the influence first offense.

Sentence: fined $1,300.00, DUI school, victims impact panel; serve 45 days in jail with credit be given for 1 day time served; complete 24 hours community service. The balance of 43 days are suspended for 12 months under the condition that there be no violation of laws other than minor traffic offenses.
