Jacob Edwin Scilacci, 19, of Lovelock was booked on an FTA warrant out of the Elko Township Justice Court.
Feb. 12
Chance Joseph May, 19, of Lovelock was booked on the charges of driving under the influence first offense, unlawful use of a controlled substance; fail to drive within marked lane and buy/use/posses alcohol by a minor.
Bryan Cardenas, 27 of Lovelock was booked on the charges of criminal contempt and unlawful use of a controlled substance.
Feb. 13
Rory Gene Chipp, 52, of Colfax, CA was booked on the charges of driving under the influence first offense, unlawful use of controlled substance, basic speed, possession of marijuana less than one ounce, possess controlled substance not for sale and unlawful use or possession of drug paraphernalia.
Feb. 14
Arturo Manuel Valdez, 23 of Winnemucca was booked on the charge of use identification information of another and a failure to appear traffic warrant out of Union Township Justice Court.
Jacob Paul Gallagher,32, of Lovelock was booked on the charges of driving under the influence first offense, headgear and eye protection required, fail to maintain marked lane, and obedience to traffic control device.

Robert Martin, Johnson, 34, of Salt Lake City, UT was booked on the charges of transport controlled substance and possession of controlled substance for sale.

Anthony Michael Ruiz, 28, of Fernley was booked on the charges of driving under the influence first offense and basic speed.

Amanda Lei Brewer, 33, of Lovelock was booked on the charge of driving under the influence first offense.

Feb. 12
Ryan James Green was charged with DUI- 1st. The defendant was found guilty and fined $658, DUI School, Victim Impact Pane, attend Alcohol counseling for 3 months, serve 92 days in jail with credit being given for 1 day of time served. Defendant to serve 1 day in jail. The balance of 90 days is suspended for 6 months under the condition that there be no violation of laws other than minor traffic offenses.
Feb. 18
Melody Moose was charged with three counts of Issuance of check without sufficient funds with intent to defraud. The defendant was found guilty and sentenced to pay $223.77, $183.77 and $143.77 in restitution, serve 60 days in jail for each count. Said jail time suspended for 9 months under the condition that there be no violation of laws other than minor traffic offenses.
Feb. 20
Antonios Theodosiou was charged with Battery, Trespassing and Disturbing the Peace. The defendant pled No Contest and was fined $1,140 restitution to the victim. On the charge of Trespassing, the defendant was fined $1,140 and on the charge of disturbing the peace the defendant was fined $1,140 and Drug Court Donation of $10,000.
