Said jail time suspended for 6 months under the following conditions: no alcohol or controlled substances other than doctor prescribed medication; no violations of the law other than minor traffic offenses; subject to random testing; fined $242. On charge of possession of drug paraphernalia sentenced to 5 days in jail. Said jail time is to run consecutive to count I and is suspended for 6 months under the same conditions as count I; fined $242.

Daniel Michael Bohan was charged with unlawful use of controlled substance; preliminary hearing held and bound over to district court.
Jerri Villalpando Ramirez pleaded guilty to violation of temporary restraining order; sentencing deferred for 6 months under the condition that there be no violation of the law of a similar nature.
Nov. 28
Tyrone Adrian Paul pleaded guilty to battery, disturbing the peace; sentenced to 60 days in jail for battery with credit being given for 5 days time served; 30 days of said jail time is suspended for 12 months under the following conditions: serve 25 days in jail, no violations of the law, no contact with the victim. On disturbing the peace charge; serve 10 days in jail, said jail time to run concurrent with count I.
