Paula Susan Geertema-Heaslett age 64, lost her battle with cancer and passed away on Sept. 14, 2012 at Life Care Center of Reno.
Paula was born on May 11, 1948 in San Francisco, Calif. She moved to Winnemucca in 1982 and this has been her home ever since.
Paula was sweet, loving, kind, generous, and trusting. She loved animals, baking homemade goodies and sewing, making all her own clothes.
Paula was preceded in death by her daughter Brianne Geertsema-King, and her brother Billy Oswald.
A memorial service for Paula will be held at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 3464 Highland Dr, Winnemucca, NV on Sept. 29, 2012 at 1 p.m. Paula is loved and will be missed until we welcome her back in the resurrection.
