Patricia Ann "Patty" Bradshaw passed away on March 3, 2013, in Bakersfield, Calif. She was a resident of Winnemucca, Nev., since 1978. Patricia was preceded in death by her husband John in 2001. She is survived by her son, Paul Bias, and two daughters, Brenda Mathis and Kim Owen, 13 grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
