Pamela (Yancy) Ruano passed away in Hayward, Calif., on March 3, 2012. Pamela was born to Clarence and Michelle Yancy on 3/10/1966. On 2/16/1987, Pamela married Ramon Ruano. Born to their marriage were daughters, Nisa, Selena, Isabel.
