Pershing County workers install a 21-foot-tall Christmas tree outside the courthouse in Lovelock on Monday. The tree is being decorated for Saturday evening's tree-lighting ceremony following the Parade of Lights. Christmas trees are available from the Lion's Club at the corner of Cornell Avenue and 8th Street.
