Right, Erin Hart, who made beef burgundy at Saturday's cook-off, won first place for her dish in the Chuckwagon division of the competition. The judges for the cook-off included Winnemucca Mayor Di An Putnam, Amanda Hoffer, with the Community Garden, U.S. Forest Service Ranger Jeff Ulrich, Humboldt County Commissioner Marlene Brissenden, UNR Cooperative Extension educator Brad Schultz and Bill Sims, with the Humboldt development authority.
